Errol Park estate in Perthshire played host to the fabulous wedding of Shiona & Chris in October last year. We’ve filmed winter weddings, summer barn weddings, festival weddings, beach weddings and more and kinda thought we had covered most thematic styles available to brides, but Shiona designed an Autumn wedding with perfect style, inluding more pumpkins than I have ever seen before in my life.
Tell us about your day;
The day was fantastic couldn’t have gone better but it went so fast wish we could do it all over again.
How did you meet and become engaged?
We met at college in 2009 started dating in 2014 and got engaged in 2018 on a family trip to Canada at Kakabeka Falls in Thunderbay which was beautiful.
Where did you find inspiration for your wedding?
We love the colours of autumn so that was the main influence.
Why did you choose Errol Park?
It’s was just love at first sight!
It had a bit of something for everyone. the stables were just beautiful.
Why did to choose to have a video of your day?
We wanted to have a video to remember the day and see the laughter and the fun had by our friends and family. Our photos were also amazing but a video holds a little something extra.
What was your favourite part in your highlight film?
Seeing people laughing and having a good time on the dance floor.
We also loved the slow motion editing of our guests.
Any tips for future Brides and Grooms?
Don’t stress over the little things the day will be amazing
Any unexpected moments?
Everything went brilliantly I wouldn’t change anything. Nothing unexpected happened.
